Who we are

FanZone UK is a trading name of RNS Group Ltd, company number 14987388, registered at Unit 17 Orbital 25 Business Park, Dwight Road, Watford, WD18 9DA. RNS Group Ltd is the data controller. For anything about your data, email hello@fanzoneuk.com.

The email list

When you sign up we keep your email address, the page you signed up on and the date, plus a record of your consent: the wording you saw, your IP address and your browser. We use this to email you about our events. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. Our emails record when they are delivered, opened and which links are clicked.

If you add your UK mobile number, we keep it to text you about events. Reply STOP to any text or email us to opt out.

The signup form names the brands your signup covers. By default that includes our sister brands: Higher State, which is also RNS Group Ltd, and House 11, which is run by House11 Events Ltd (company number 15892745), a separate company part-owned by RNS Group Ltd. Tap “Just FanZone UK” to keep it to us. If House 11 is included, we pass your email address and consent record to House11 Events Ltd, who email you under their own privacy notice.

Contact form and WhatsApp

If you use the contact form we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply, for up to two years. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta handles the message under its own terms.

The website

The site sets no cookies. We count visits with 5xx, which records the page, the site you came from, your browser and screen size. Your IP address is used to estimate your location and to tell visitors apart for the day. We do this under our legitimate interest in running the site.

Who handles your data

RNS Group Ltd runs the email platform. Resend sends the emails, Render hosts the site and 5xx provides analytics. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. After that we keep the record of your choice so we do not contact you again. If we ask you to confirm by email and you do not, the signup is deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent. Email hello@fanzoneuk.com and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
